Terms & Conditions – “XL Inferno Qualifiers” Promotion


The following are the terms and conditions of the "XL Inferno Qualifiers Promotion" (the “Promotion”) for www.888poker.com (the “Site”). The Promotion is organised by the applicable company (as defined in the User Agreement) the operator of the Site.

  1. The Promotion shall commence on 08.05.20 and shall conclude on 23.05.20 (the “Promotion Period”). However, in exceptional cases we may conclude the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period or may prolong the Promotion Period, for example due to security or bonus abuse issues.
  2. No-one under the age of 18 or the age of legal consent for engaging in the gambling services made available through the Site under the laws of any jurisdiction, whichever is higher may participate in this Promotion.
  3. For security and verification purposes, we reserve the right to limit participation in this Promotion to: (i) one per household; (ii) one per computer terminal; or (iii) one per mobile device.
  4. During their engagement period and for a period of 24 months thereafter, none of our officers, directors, employees, consultants or agents or any other company within our group of companies or our suppliers, vendors or white label partners are permitted to participate in the Promotion, nor is any supplier or vendor. This restriction also applies to relatives of such persons and for this purpose 'relative' means any of a spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
  5. Due to individual country regulations, some countries may be excluded from the Promotion. You can find the full list of excluded countries in our User Agreement
  6. All times and dates are in GMT.
  7. We may alter these terms and conditions, including without limitation where required for security reasons, as a result of exceptional circumstances beyond our control or as a result of changes to applicable law or regulation.
  8. Withdrawing funds: The amount you are able to withdraw from your account is subject to minimum and maximum limits. If your withdrawal request is for less than the relevant allowable amount, the funds will be returned to your bankroll. You can find details of the minimum and maximum withdrawal limits in our Withdrawal Policy. If you are in the UK – your deposit balance is available for withdrawal at any time.
  9. By participating in this Promotion each member agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the User Agreement which includes but is not limited to the Bonus Policy.
  10. These terms and conditions have been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of these terms and conditions and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.

The Promotion

  1. Eligibility is restricted to players who have made at least one deposit (the “Eligible Players”).
  2. The top players in each Qualifier will win a seat to XL Inferno events (the “Target Tournaments”) as listed below:
    • Top 5 players in the XL Inferno Main Event - Qualifier will win a $250 seat to the XL Inferno Main Event.
    • Top 3 players in the XL Inferno Main Event - Late Qualifier will win a $250 seat to the XL Inferno Main Event.
  3. For the full schedule, including times of the Qualifiers, division of prizes, and details about which daily Qualifier relates to which specific Target Tournament, click here.
  4. Qualifier winners are automatically registered to the relevant Target Tournament.
  5. Players who are already registered to a specific target tournament cannot register to the Qualifier relating to it.
  6. Entry to Qualifiers is free for Eligible Players and does not have any ticket requirement.
  7. A tournament seat may not be: (i) exchanged or converted into cash; or (ii) transferred by a player to another player.

Claim

In addition, in order to receive the ticket granted under the Promotion, you must respond to the claim email sent by 888poker, by clicking on the relevant link within such email within 72 hours of 888poker sending the claim email to you. If you do not click the relevant link with such time frame, your right to receive the ticket shall automatically expire.
